Color, texture and style customized orders are made specially for you according to your specific customized requirement. NO RETURN IS ACCEPTED for customized orders. All colors will be done by professional and talented hairstylists.

Must know before placing your order:
1.Three reference charging standards are made according to how complex the color is, SINGLE COLOR, OMBRE & SIMPLE HIGHLIGHT and COLOR MIX. Final fee will be determined according to actual situation;
2.Please send us photos or videos of the color you would like to customize to email info@ronniehair.com. Make sure to offer us what you need in detail;
3.Photos of wigs will be send through email for confirmation before shipping. You can ask for adjustment for only one time if you are not satisfied with the final look. We will charge extra fee for second or third time adjustment;
4.Once the customized processing started, no cancellation is accepted;
5.Customizing time takes 15 to 45 days according to the color.
6.Please understand there might be some color difference because of shooting in different light or angle. Different mobile or computer also show same color differently.
