Nothing is important but your 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are unhappy with your item, please kindly let us know, making sure contact us by email asap. We have all the rights to refuse unauthorized returns. Please keep it in its original condition, do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 3 days. Customers are the return shipping charge.

Warm Instructions:

  1. Please email us attach photos info@ronniehair.com within 3 days to make an application for return. Emails received after 3 days will not be taken into consideration. 
  2. Any unauthorized/damaged returns will not be accepted. 
  3. The shipping fee of return would be paid by customers.
  4.  Custom unit can not be return, exchange or canceled

Cancellation & Exchange:

If you want to change or cancel your order before ship out, you have to contact us through customer service or email info@ronniehair.com.

After the order is shipped out, if you need to exchange it, please send us an email at info@ronniehair.com.

There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within half hour or there will have 12% handling fee. 

Refund:

1.We will provide a full refund if the returning is caused of our problems(quality problem etc.)

2.If the returning is due to customer’s problems, you must contact us first and bear the responsibility. Our company will charge 20% restock fee.

3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email about notify and your refund.

4.Please contact with us at first if you have any problems with order/products/payment, we are willing to solve your problem.
